Notes of the Meeting of Tuesday 10th November 2020
Held online 7.30pm
Present: Cllrs. J. Connolly, P. Dales, P. Smith, A. O’Reilly, K. Smith & E. Bates. In attendance J. Grainger –
Clerk & RFO.
30.20 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Cllr. A. Clark. Accepted.
31.20 TO RECEIVE COUNCILLORS’ DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM
ACT 2011
Non received.
32.20 TO APPROVE AS A CORRECT RECORD THE NOTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL HELD ON 7th
September 2020.
These were signed and accepted as a true record.
33.20 CLERK REPORT
The clerk reported she had received the latest Nettleton Local Nature Reserve leaflet, and had
requested copies for distribution. The Play Inspection report had been circulated to all councillors,
which identified further investigation. The clerk reported that highways issues and fly tipping had
been reported since the last meeting.
34.20 TO AUTHORISE THE SIGNING OF ORDERS FOR PAYMENT AND TO NOTE INCOME FOR September
& October 2020.
It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That orders for payment made to the sum of £465.12,
income of £1236.29 (CIL Payment). The clerk reported that the information regarding switching
required a cheque signatory authorization and would be passing the information on for further
progression.
35.20 TO DISCUSS GRANT FUNDING OPPORTUNITY
Discussion were held regarding a grant opportunity from Lincolnshire Wolds AONB. It proposed and
seconded to continue discussions to identify items which could be funded and applied for.
36.20 TO DISCUSS AND RESOLVE ON BUDGET FOR 2021/22
Councillors discussed income and expenditure reports for 2020/21, circulated by the clerk. It was
proposed that the precept be set at £12000, in order to continue to support and maintain the
facilities of Nettleton. Proposed Cllr. Smith & Cllr. Smith. Resolved.
37.20 PLANNING APPLICATIONS & DECISIONS
141610 – Orbb Cottages – granted
141787 – Moortown Rd – Reserved matters approval on outline permission – open until 3/12.
38.20 CORRESPONDENCE
The clerk circulated all electronic mail. The clerk received enquiries about allotments. The clerk
reported that she had written to land owners regarding hedge maintenance and was asked to make
additional contact to resolve work still outstanding.
